REDEMPTION PROCESS
AMVAC Rebate: Visit AMVAC.com/EOP to submit your rebate online or download a form to submit by fax, mail or email. Submit your invoice and rebate form by February 2020. Qualifying redemptions will be issued by AMVAC no later than May 2020. Rebate payments are payable to the golf course facility.
GCSAA Certificate Redemption: Visit AMVAC.com/EOP to submit your rebate online or download a form to submit by fax, mail or email. Check the box for GCSAA Gift Certificate and submit your rebate to the AMVAC Customer Service Department by February 2020. Qualifying GCSAA Gift Certificates will be mailed May 2020.
All redemptions must be RECEIVED by AMVAC no later than February 2020. Redemptions received after February 2020 will not be paid.
